Apprentice Program

We are currently seeking an apprentice to train to become a  professional lead technician.Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus but not required.We are more interested in reliability,integrity and advancing the right individual to help lead our company.

   In this  program you will learn different types of cleaning and processes:

• New construction cleaning
• Move out home cleaning
• Strip and wax floors
• Scrub and re-coat floors
• High speed polish floors
• Clean laminate floors
• Tile and grout cleaning and sealing
• Carpet cleaning methods like steam cleaning and encapsulation
• Pressure washing
• Window Cleaning     
  
• ​Upon completion of program you will be promoted to a lead technician and that will come with a significant pay increase.

Must be able to communicate effectively and follow all directions.Have a clean background and driving record in last 7 years due to insurance requirements. We are looking for a mature and responsible person that has a strong work ethic and can be flexible because sometimes you work nights and sometimes days.The responsibilities include but are not limited to performing your job to:
